How engagements work

About Andy
This work comes from experience in every seat at the table. Running organizations. Sitting on search committees and managing them. Retaining search firms and being recruited by them. Leading searches at a national executive search firm and placing leaders in key roles at influential national and regional organizations.
That means knowing what happens in the room after a candidate leaves it, what search consultants are really thinking when they go quiet, and what it actually takes to move from the long list to the short one, and hopefully from the short one into the right role.
That accumulated vantage point is what you’re hiring. Touch, judgment, experience, insight.
