How we work
Getting Started
3 sessions minimum. Session minimum to begin. We assess and get deep and meaningful work done together, getting you ready, telling your story, focusing on your key objectives and targets, mining for insights about where you are and how to get where you want to go.
Full Engagement
6–12 sessions for a more complete engagement arc, typically over 3–6 months. We do all of the above in great detail, iterating on your presentation and targeting while also connecting you to the right people and standing by you in a supporting role throughout your experiences as a candidate.
Custom and Long-Term
Lots of clients have their own way of making us a confidential sounding board, thought partner and coach on an ongoing basis. Getting that line into an annual budget on a recurring basis is the right investment in yourself. Weekly, monthly, just-in-time sessions when the unexpected happens or you have something big to prep for...whatever works for you is what you need.
Special Sessions
Clients often bring us in to curate and deliver a coaching bloc in a leadership program for executives. Sometimes it's an internal program within one organization and other times for a cluster group or association. We can do a few hours of classroom style content and facilitation or an entire series of sessions, designed to meet your needs and make a difference.

In between sessions you will be working on exercises designed to get to the core of whatever needs to be done.
