What We Offer

Making the Plan

The Coaching and Connecting approach starts with a facilitated encounter allowing our client to gain greater clarity about their personal readiness for the moment, their perception of what is possible and what feels blocked, and their relationship to the values and vision of the organization and its stakeholders. They will create clear, measurable objectives and strategies to meet the moment. We call that a Personal and Professional impact Plan and everything in the year ahead flows from what is identified and underlined in that plan.

A Year of Action

A year of Coaching and Connecting means meeting one on one with your coach on a regular basis to get guidance, feedback and support; and it means getting introduced to new relationships and opportunities that can transform a leader’s trajectory and help them lift an entire organization. It flows from the Personal and Professional Impact Plans we make together at the outset. The year is for bringing the plan to life. We will certainly be one-on-one extensively, and that is essential to the success of the program. Still, where most coaching services happen in a quiet vacuum, and most introduction services are done by simple email  – our approach is to get out in the field with you, process the readily occurring insights together and make sure the connections really happen.

Emblematic (Currently on Hiatus)

The Emblematic program is a 6 month coaching program for high potential leaders. Participants work with their coach and in a cohort of peers to identify the key decisions that will allow them to generate growth, impact, distinction and advantage.
